I have never had a bad neighbor, KNOCK ON WOOD. It truly would make me want to move immediately. I’ve never been a homeowner, so moving is a little easier, but it’s still never happened to me. I can’t deal with those petty games. That being said, I love to read about them. Yes, tell me how this grumpy old man learned he had to face the consequences of his actions!
