One of the more amusing visuals in this story is the fact that the entire faculty had to stand throughout this endless presentation. Moreover, the principal, who seemed to take hints from cult leaders, compelled everyone to clap their hands and applaud her after each and every point she made. At the end of the day, if this speech was intended to inspire the high school faculty to work hard for their students, it did anything but that. In fact, the presentation only further confirmed for this author and her colleagues that they were being taken advantage of by their boss. 

Here’s hoping the principal ends up hearing just how unpopular her little performance was. It will be interesting to see how she tries to walk back her more disagreeable points. Our hope? This lady is ultimately pressured to step down after droves of faculty members quit on the spot.
