It took a whole 15 minutes to get this guy to leave. That is way too long for something that could have easily been figured out in a few seconds. However, this manager obviously wanted to pull some power play and get away with whatever lie he was trying to push. Luckily, this team held their ground and let the dude just go off for a while before getting higher-ups involved. They even showed him the paperwork that proved he was wrong, but he still didn’t budge. Ridiculous.
