Sometimes cheaters unconsciously leave clues of their infidelities; in a way, it’s arguable that they’re looking to be found out. For people like that, it’s better to be found out than to take responsibility and confront their partners with their wrongdoings. I get it; if you think about it, it’s very tough to admit that one can cause so much pain that could’ve been avoided. I don’t justify the avoidance; I’m just saying I can understand it. When stuff like this has happened to me, with time, I always arrived at the conclusion that it’s easier to live with the fact that someone was unfaithful to you than to live with the fact that you’ve caused so much harm to somebody you loved. The universe has a way of finding equilibrium, lol.
