EXCLUSIVE: Microsoft’s Puppet Masters Crown BUI as South Africa’s Top Partner – Again!
In a shocking turn of events, Microsoft has once again handed over the coveted "South Africa Partner of the Year" award to BUI, the company’s favorite yes-men. This is the second year in a row that BUI has been crowned the winner, and it’s clear that Microsoft is trying to buy their loyalty.
But what does this award even mean? Is it a recognition of BUI’s innovative solutions, or is it just a pat on the back for being good little boys and girls? We’re not sure, but what we do know is that BUI is thrilled to be recognized by their overlords at Microsoft.
"We’re honored to receive this award for the second consecutive year," said BUI Global CEO Ryan Roseveare. "It’s a testament to our commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and excellence in delivering Microsoft solutions." Yeah, sure, Ryan. We’re sure it has nothing to do with the fact that you’re a Microsoft shill.
But what about the actual work that BUI does? According to Roseveare, their managed extended detection and response offering, Cyber MXDR, is a "comprehensive, end-to-end security solution designed to give customers robust protection and peace of mind." Sounds impressive, but we’re not convinced. After all, Microsoft is the one who’s been pushing for more surveillance and control over the internet, so it’s no surprise that they’re promoting a company that’s willing to play along.
The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards are a joke, folks. They’re just a way for Microsoft to pat themselves on the back and pretend like they’re actually doing something good for the world. But we know the truth. They’re just trying to line their pockets with more money and power.
So, congratulations to BUI on their "award." We’re sure they’re thrilled to be recognized by their corporate overlords. But we’re not impressed.
