New homeowners next door scatter the entire neighborhood with “random car parts” and debris, neighbors are at a loss with no HOA to intervene – FAIL Blog

It’s always amusing to watch neighbors undergo unnecessary projects. When you learn that someone is renovating their kitchen and it’s taking far longer than it should, it’s easy to enjoy the never-ending drama going on next door… that is, until it starts affecting your daily well-being.

These new neighbors seemed to have approximately a million projects going on concurrently, from renovation to sketchy businesses they were running. Regardless of whatever the current project was for them, they were always noisy and disruptive at all hours of the workday and evening. 

Furthermore, this couple’s driveway and backyard were always in total disarray. Of course, with no HOA, they weren’t exactly breaking any guidelines, so there wasn’t much that the author could do about the eyesore that was their home. 

This could all be forgotten and ignored were it not for the fact that the constant garbage and debris began to cross over their property line, into the author’s. domain, and onto the communal street in the neighborhood. Somehow, the couple didn’t seem to care that they were becoming everyone’s enemy. Big mistake if they ever need help down the road!
