This Philadelphian discovered their block is covered in construction dust, and they’re taking action to stop it. 

As if construction work wasn’t disruptive enough already! 

This person went outside and found that their entire block was covered in dust from a construction project. 

You might think that that’s irritating, but not necessarily a problem, right? 

Wrong. It’s actually a huge deal. It is not allowed, and this person is determined to take action to stop these contractors in their path.
