If you have ever lived somewhere with an HOA, you can understand how frustrating it can be. It is rare to actually live somewhere where the HOA is helpful and uses your fees wisely. We rarely hear or read about that, unfortunately… So like, why do they even still exist?? This case is one of the more ridiculous ones we’ve read because it’s the HOA messing with a property owner who is not even part of the HOA. It’s not enough to annoy their own community, they have to go for someone who isn’t even a part of it! Like, grow up, HOA.
