Is a four-stage interview process necessary? Maybe not always. But hey, a company wants what a company wants…And if his guy isn’t looking to work at a place like that, he should realize that no one is forcing him to. But it doesn’t necessarily mean that they’re disrespecting his expertise…The same rules applied for everyone, but it’s okay…it seemed to work out in his favor anyway.
