It’s funny, isn’t it? When a resident actually wants to abide by the rules set forth by the Powers That Be, they are effectively booted from any community engagement. Why?

If those in power can’t benefit from the rules, they change them or forfeit them entirely. I’m sure there are plenty of instances you can read up on that follow the same gameplan at work, in life, or most scarily, in an HOA.

Why anyone wants to join an HOA is beyond me, but I’m just a silly renter, not a homeowner. What the heck do I know about assets?
