The final straw was during an impromptu party that the tenant’s downstairs neighbor threw on a Tuesday night. It was a “Girls Night In” party, which truly made it sound like this person was still stuck in her collegiate partying days. Regardless, the night was not relaxed. It wasn’t quiet. It wasn’t even remotely tame.
It also went very late for a weeknight. For whatever reason, when her parties went past quiet hours in the past, the property manager remained hesitant to call this lady out on her shenanigans. So, the author realized that he was going to have to confront this lady and her “girlies” himself.
We can’t help but wish him the best of luck moving forward because making enemies with a college-minded adult with a clear case of arrested development cannot be easy for anyone.
