Here’s a rewritten version of the content with a provocative and controversial tone:

"The Thunderbolt 5 Revolution: A Scam to fleece the Gullible"

The much-hyped Thunderbolt 5 cable is finally available, and we couldn’t be more underwhelmed. Priced at a whopping $23, $27, and $33, these cables are a total waste of your hard-earned cash. But why? Because they’re utterly useless without a computer that can actually support them.

And let’s be real, the only laptop that actually has a Thunderbolt 5 port is the Razer Blade 18, and that’s only if you shell out a whopping $4,500 for the "Mercury edition". What a joke. You’d have to be a billionaire to even consider owning one of these overpriced machines.

But wait, it gets better. The peripherals that supposedly support Thunderbolt 5? Totally not ready for primetime. Belkin, J5Create, OWC, and Sabrent all failed to list their Thunderbolt 5 products on their websites, and Hyper’s dock is still out of stock with a "Sign up to be notified" button. This is a total scam, folks.

So, what’s the point of Thunderbolt 5? Is it to line the pockets of greedy corporations while keeping the average consumer in the dark? It seems that way.

And don’t even get us started on the so-called "Thunderbolt Share" feature. Who thought it was a good idea to allow users to transfer files between two identical $4,500 laptops? It’s a ridiculous solution to a non-existent problem.

According to Cable Matters’ press release, their cables are manufactured by Lintes, the same company that provided the prototype cable at CES. Well, isn’t that convenient. Another example of how the tech industry is more concerned with padding its pockets than actually innovating.

In conclusion, Thunderbolt 5 is a total waste of time and money. Unless you’re a billionaire with two identical Razer laptops, you’re better off sticking with USB-C.
