Evidently, I don’t think he made a mistake in letting her make her own mistakes; that can even be good for her in the long run. He even went as far as to warn her about it, so I don’t see any reason to worry. What I do see as something worth paying attention to is how entangled their lives seem to be still, even though they are now exes. I would be worried if she tried to convince him to go back to a relationship only because she wants a bigger apartment, and I don’t see that as far from happening. I hope he stays away from the manipulation and that they both find their own ways and confront their own shortcomings. Amen.
