This man needs to weigh his options here. Someone needs to ask him if he wants to make enemies with everyone in the building over an instrument he is not particularly adept at mastering, or if he wants to at least try to find a more mutually beneficial solution.

Furthermore, the landlord needs to step up as well. The fact that 6:00 AM is technically not during “quiet hours” is a technicality that only suggests this man’s lack of interest in getting involved. Do your job, sir, or you’re going to lose tenants!

As for the trumpet player, one has to wonder when he will decide if this is all worth it or if it’s just a hobby he can easily replace with something quieter… you know, like playing the drums.
