There’s a lot of unsaid dialogue in the female world. Not to linger too long in the subject of gender inequality, but men simply don’t have the underlying underhandedness and complexity of female conversation. Men are more straightforward and say what they’re thinking, whereas women, especially in the workplace, are driven by passive aggression, micro-disses, and silent jabs about food shaming. This woman was, frankly, quite over it. I would be too if I felt like every bite I took was being scrutinized by a soulless old Karen.

To avoid being cliché, this woman took a stand, a burrito stand to be specific, to get back at her coworker’s jabs. In the shimmering light of day and blatantly in front of a Karen colleague, this woman’s burrito reminds all women in the workplace to eat whatever they feel like eating. And as long as you’re not stink-bombing the workplace with microwaved fish, what does it matter what you’re having for lunch?
