I wish we could say that this fellow’s behavior was an anomaly. Unfortunately, everyone and their mother probably knows someone like this in their lives. Someone who talks a big game but has absolutely nothing to show for it. Someone who probably spends more time talking about all their career aspirations and life plans, but there seems to be a lot more talking than doing. 

Perhaps this 34-year-old should consider what it might look like to support himself and his lifestyle entirely on his own before he goes around accusing his girlfriend of being financially dependent on him. If he had actually done that, maybe he wouldn’t be begging for her help with the rent now. Yet here we are! 

Let’s put it this way. This dude is now going to have a tough time trying to find someone willing to put up with his nonsense if he continues to remain trapped in his own self-delusions.
