We hope that this day was as influential for the disgruntled man as it was for the new hire. Some people need to come to terms with the reality that they are simply not entitled to whatever it is they desire just because they get angry enough. 

As the lady herself implied, it was time that this fellow looked at himself in the mirror and decided if he was going to be enraged by every little thing for the rest of his life or if he was going to take control of his own autonomy. 

It’s hard to believe that this dude learned his lesson, though we’d like to think so. Unfortunately, most of us who have met people like this in our own lives know all too well that these characters are often too far gone to be able to make meaningful changes to their behavior. Once a curmudgeon, always a curmudgeon!
