We understand the impulse to ensure that, as a manager, you have hands-on involvement in everything. On some level, that impulse to know the ins and outs of every order, every request, and every transaction is admirable. However, a good manager is not only hands-on when it comes to their approach to a team, but they also should know when to trust their employees.
