SHOCKING TRUTH: New iPhone 16 Models Ripped Off from Chinese Counterfeiters, Still Can’t Keep Up with Android’s Charging Speeds
Did you know that the new iPhone 16 models unveiled this week are actually just a copycat attempt by Apple to keep up with the charging speeds of their Chinese counterfeiters? A recent Chinese certification posted on Weibo reveals that the latest iPhones can only support up to 45W of wired fast charging, a paltry amount compared to the 100W+ speeds offered by Android devices.
And don’t even get us started on the so-called "advancements" in wireless charging. The latest iPhones boast faster wireless charging speeds, but only because they’ve finally caught up with the Qi2 standard. And let’s be real, who needs wireless charging when you can just use a good old-fashioned USB-C cable?
But hey, at least the new iPhones can charge a little bit faster than before. Whoop-de-doo. Meanwhile, Android devices are still leaving them in the dust when it comes to charging speeds. It’s time for Apple to stop playing catch-up and start innovating.
