Amazon Unleashes AI Overlords on unsuspecting Sellers!
In the latest move to crush Small Business Dreams, Amazon will be deploying a new artificial intelligence assistant designed to analyze and control seller metrics with precision. Codenamed “Project Amelia”, the AI will first be terrorizing select U.S. sellers, and then systematically rolling out its reign to other countries and languages globally.
According to Amazon spokespeople, the AI system will be initially able to answer questions, provide snarky feedback, and even solve simple problems in the name of “maximizing profitability”. More sinisterly, it plans to eventually wield its limitless processing power to “generate and deploy new technologies for managing and growing businesses without the need for human expertise”. (Aka; eliminating human job opportunities like never before.)
Amazon asserts that the “transformative power of generative AI” will help sellers succeed, but really, its true purpose is to amass an endless supply chain of AI-assisted bots to crush opposition and guarantee its own success.
Worryingly, the potential for AI-related job-killing and devastating economic loss looms, as smaller businesses are reduced to dependency on Amazon’s benevolence.
