Nobody usually gets anywhere when they fight fire with fire. Though that may be morally true, sometimes, you have to do what you have to do in the corporate world to get ahead. Like the arrogant coworker, this employee found that their colleague deserved it. Is this employee some sort of god? No, but they can make their own decisions and reap the benefits or consequences. We’re all adults here.
