If the fight were about fifteen minutes, it would be different for me,  but five minutes go by so fast it’s not even worth it. One cannot afford to have a fight with management over five minutes. The power dynamics are clear. Management always has the power to make you lose your job, lower your income, or torture you with more tasks. With some people, you have to comply; that’s it. I totally understand the frustration, though, but again, it’s only five minutes. I guess, by now, my verdict is clear, even though I know the manager is being petty. What do you think?
