There is not much of a lesson to be learned from here. When you’re focused on buying a home, the vast majority of your energy is understandably directed toward what you’re actually purchasing. The last thing on your mind is how crazy the neighbors are. Maybe it shouldn’t be the last thing, but still, all of this is easier to reconsider in hindsight. We just hope that in the meantime, this author is able to figure something out. We suggest taking a look at the rules and regulations in the HOA handbook. Perhaps for once, HOAs will come in handy!
